Most of the patients underwent resection and biopsy of intracranial tumors. A complication rate of 4.2% was obtained.

Conclusions: Stereotactic surgery is a useful surgical technique in the diagnosis and treatment of various pathologies that has good diagnostic performance and a low rate of complications. In the present study, rates of complications similar to those reported in the world literature are presented, this series being the only one that analyzes the results obtained with this surgical technique in the population of the Colombian Military Forces.
}, number={3}, journal={Archivos de Neurociencias}, author={Duarte Mora, Diana Paola and Palacino Domínguez, Paula Valentina and Rojas Romero, Luis Orlando}, year={2022}, month={May} }
