Abstract

The tetraventricular hydrocephalus attributable to lock the outlets of the fourth ventricle is usually caused by either inflammatory processes such as congenital abnormalities such as Dandy-Walker syndrome, Chiari malformation and tuberous sclerosis. For a 4 year old with increased head circumference of 57 cm with hyperreflexia of the lower limbs is presented. As shown standing with support. Tetraventricular diagnosis performed hydrocephalus. The cine-magnetic resonance brain evidence hydrocephalus, surgery was performed third ETV. Graduated a week later with Good prognosis.
