Abstract

Cerebrovascular disease (CVD) is the second overall cause of death (97%) of which 89% occurs in low or middle income. Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a subtype of EVC, which affects any age; corresponds to 5% of stroke putting it in the fourth cause of these. This study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial is being conducted at the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery in June 2013 to February 2014, were included 20 patients.
